How to make the most famous salad in the world?

This Avocado Tuna Salad features a simple and unexpected ingredient combination that works! Because it comes together quickly and is high in protein, this tuna salad can be a side dish with supper or a filling lunch.

Ingredients:

  • Tuna can
  • Avocado
  • Olive oil
  • Bowl
  • Tomato
  • Can cutter
  • Fresh salsa
  • Spoon
  • Fork or potato masher

Steps:

  • Open the tuna can entirely, then take the lid and remove alll the oil/water. The tuna will drain. 
  • Using a spoon, remove the pit from the avocado. Scoop out the avocado’s insides with a spoon and place them in a medium vessel. 
  • Using a fork, etc., mash the avocado. 
  • Mix in the fresh salsa thoroughly. 
  • Add the tuna to the bowl and dash to combine. 
  • Add the tomato to it.
  • Serve the tuna salad with whole-wheat crackers, whole-wheat pitas, or lettuce wraps.
