Ingredients:
- Tuna can
- Avocado
- Olive oil
- Bowl
- Tomato
- Can cutter
- Fresh salsa
- Spoon
- Fork or potato masher
Steps:
- Open the tuna can entirely, then take the lid and remove alll the oil/water. The tuna will drain.
- Using a spoon, remove the pit from the avocado. Scoop out the avocado’s insides with a spoon and place them in a medium vessel.
- Using a fork, etc., mash the avocado.
- Mix in the fresh salsa thoroughly.
- Add the tuna to the bowl and dash to combine.
- Add the tomato to it.
- Serve the tuna salad with whole-wheat crackers, whole-wheat pitas, or lettuce wraps.
